From Italy, energy engineer, solo traveler across Asia Pacific, relocated to Switzerland for work in 2018.
Passionate for outdoors: summer hiking & via ferrata, biking, winter snowshoes & ski touring. Member of CAS Ticino.
Intrigued by the impacts of climate change and how to achieve a viable interaction between men & nature.
In 2022 I joined the Mountain Leader training program (Wanderleiter / Accompagnateur en montagne) arranged by the Schweizer Bergführerverband - Association Suisse des Guides de Montagne (SBV-ASGM), and completed it in May 2024.
First Aid Level 1 IVR-IAS certified (June 2022, renewed May 2024).
Join me during one of the suggested treks, I will guide you through the Swiss Alps and experience wonderful panoramas, historical events, fauna and flora, even sharing thoughts about technical progress and its impact on the mountains.
Let me be your personal storyteller, with a special non-Swiss "eye" to the country that is now hosting me since the past 5 years!
English and Italian are my preferred languages, German and French are good options too :)
